You need to collab with Paul Cuffaro from Florida like RAWWFishing, Catch Em All and Blake Exotic Animal Ranch. You need those guys who helped out Paul's pond. Do you know all those people, and do you watch them all?
Put the cinder blocks around the edge of the pond and then put dirt/gravel on the excess tarp, hope this helps!

Cool pond, but way too small for big fish like koi, also if it gets cold in the winter in your state you should dig way deeper or they might die.
