In older Nissan's there are genuine auto headlight system that is somehow connected to oil pressure light. It turns lights on when the oil pressure light goes off. So when you have too low oil pressure and the light is on you have no headlights on.
Peugeot already did this to my car and it suck :/

Does it work with both high beam and low beam?
So how will this work? The lights will be on whether the switch is on or off?
Is it possible to wire it up, so just the headlights (front) will start automatically, and if I need the rear lights too at night I turn on them by the switch as normally (like with a DRL). If possible, how can I do that?

Can you still turn the lights off with the factory switch? (I would want to turn them off for daytime).

it might be worth it to set it to an "on" power wire. so that when you're on ACC (dash lights off), your lights will be off. plus, having the ON (dash lights on) power for your power wire, makes sure that all power/lights will be off during cranking. not that it matters sooo much, but it can relieve strain on the battery to some degree!
