The MINIac says:

My car is really confused. It’s been tuned for an aftermarket exhaust and cold air intake, but it doesn’t have either installed yet. Planned ahead.

Coops C says:

I'd say wannabe John Lennon is taking the piss, or is just another older fella stuck in old times. Can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Michael Cameron says:

So what is your take on putting a K&N Filter on your vehicle that goes inside the factory air box?

Im Saucey says:

I bet you work or worked at a dealer ship?!

Braeden Daniel says:

I think u might be autistic, my shop has a dyno and a cold air intake WILL give u at least 5hp and if u tune it with it u can get around 15

JOEY RIVERA says:

I prefer the bell over the cold air intake!

Jamie Wellman says:

That's why you take it to the tune shop

cole Obenauer says:

You can discredit after you hear "confuses the motor"

David cruz Perez says:

Fck grandpa

Larry Schwartz says:

I agree. Most "cold air" add on actually pulls in hotter air than stock. The add on cold air systems mainly just make the air induction sound louder and they think it is adding power when it does not. The factory design is better.

BLACK HILLZ KID says:

It messes up the fuel/ air ratio. But after the intake install, you can take the battery terminals off, touch them together, leave them off for half an hour, it resets the computer so it can now relearn the new fuel to air ratio.

tyler j says:

This guy is shit u don’t put it on top of the engine u put it behind the front bumper and u also should not listen to this guy because my dad owned 7 machine shops in Illinois and my uncle professional tunes drag races and street races. I would never trust this guy with my great great great great grandparents flinstone mobile

Alvaro Lopez says:

That's not even a cold air intake. The right name is short ram intake system. Cold air intakes run closer to the bumper cover where air is a lot more dense. Adding a cold air intake, headers and an exhaust system will add performance out of your engine if done right. Better airflow is the word here.

David Joyner says:

Saved me, bless you!

Emad Dw says:

If your gonna add cold intake just replace your stock filter and get a performance air filter with performance spark plug remap it and add little more mods going to stage 2 remap with stage 2 clutch, stage 2 starring & stage 2 gear or Quick shift deffo strong performance break but do it on a turbo car over 2.0 littler anything under 2.0 you might blow your engine under 2.0 just get performance air filter exhaust An remap depending how much seconds to 60mph look for 10.9 Second car it will make a difference not a lot to be honest

Tyrion Lannister says:

But if you put a cold air intake you’d probably have remapped the car anyways? It’s the same as putting a straight pipe on and expecting better performance

PPaulPimpin says:

Ok after having a cold air intake installed on my 2004 Mazda intake..The throttle response is amazing.. I even took WOT i hit 130mph and the car wanted to keep going faster.. The CEL came on went off..I guess it has to learn the new airflow.. No idling problems or anything.. I had it professionallay installed though maybe thats the difference..Im totally impressed..

Skate Rads says:

Shut up withcho I drive a Prius loookin ahhh

Warren Albuna says:

What about putting one on a truck?

Surplus Sean says:

Buy an older car without a computer and you can do what you want. Just adjust the throttle screw and possibly the distributor and you're G2G. I own a 1965 AC Shelby Cobra and a 1966 Chevy Caprice…no cats…no mufflers…love it (unless you live in a communist state, then you're screwed)

Surplus Sean says:

1.21 Gigawatts!

Dan Records says:

What about a 56 Bel Air with no computer? lol

Andy Pedro says:

What about the cold air intake that goes behind front bumper? It’s not like that one that’s mounted above the engine. I should be fine lol
