ORGANIZE YOUR GARAGE OR SHOP ~ WITH SCRAP!

https://homesteadadvisor.com/
Here’s a cool way to organize a garage or shop. I’m using some scrap from a Cattle Panel project to organize some of my tools. I think this is something you might like to do.

Check it out… and Take Care!

Here’s a 24″ pair of bolt cutters: http://amzn.to/2BnIb4C
Here’s a 36″ pair: http://amzn.to/2E59Z0s
Remember… the longer the handles, the more leverage you have, making the cuts much easier.

Malai Samy Ramamoorthy says:

every home owner should also own a tool store for personal use! if you dont have one, make the garage one.

EastTexasGardener says:

we have a "family" tool storage…EVERYONE has their own light/heavy rake..EVERYONE has their own shovel/sharpshooter….watching this video, I think I need more…the wife/child keep breaking theirs thinking there are no more tools???? πŸ™‚

nate 408 says:

I am going to buy about 20 cattle panels for various projects this year one of which is a green house finally! It would be safe to say I will have a few of these. I couldn't say how many I've thrown away. Thanks as always for the excellent video and tips.

A GREENER LIFE says:

I subscribed! Will you return the favor?

Lindsay Devoll says:

Great idea! You have enough tools to start your own hardware store lol

Dave Beard says:

I built one of your greenhouses last week for my Mother-in-law…. Finely on her good side after 38 years……LOL thanks for your help!!!!

The Cajun Homesteader says:

Good video. I have saved the cut offs for years, many uses around the Homestead. As far as having 3 of everything, My Dad liked to say, One is none , two is one when it came to keeping extra items to work with, you can break a shovel or hoe handle and that's the only one you have., well that job is finished until you replace the handle or go buy a new shovel.

chris devito says:

Very nice. Epitomes the whole idea of prepping

LangFamilyFarmsLA says:

HAH! I saw a pack of cattle panel cut offs yesterday and I was wondering why I kept them! NOW I KNOW!

Rickey Fuller says:

Good Idea, but with that many shovels and rakes I think we have found the underlying reason for the hangers. πŸ™‚ (Just kidding)
I can never find my shovel, a rake, or my loppers. So off to Lowe's or Tractor Supply and get another one. Then about a month later I find it. Well now I have 2 and there is no danger of anyone wanting me to help operate the extra. I have done that on so many things that my wife told me "if you had one place to put that stuff you would not loose it" After 43 years of marriage I have learned to have the last word in this family "yes hun"

Mountain Woman says:

Excellent frugality and repurposing! Love how neatly you keep your shop too…it's rare nowadays. Will definitely start saving these tips from now on.

David Goldstein says:

one more thing i use the cutoffs for is my 3year-old we clean the ends up so there not sharp and he picks them up with a magnet keeps him busy and the shop floor clean

Lester Blade says:

YES!!! Did you say how deep you put them?

Jeanette Waverly says:

Now that's ingenious! Cute sign.

Colleen Rodamer says:
