paint the room black to make it feel smaller…
With it being such a small space I would've gone with a gray instead of black. Or just paint 1 wall black and the rest white. I mean it's a nice gym…. just seems insanely dark. Maybe toss some more lights in there or something.

It seems like the squat rack is a little too close to the wall to load the barbell practically or it's a depth perception issue.
Where did you get the posters? I've been hunting everywhere for the one with the girl at the dumbbell rack.
