Hey Matt, Why don't you hear more about transverse plane exercises from bodyweight masters?
Hey Matt, Do you do exercises to emphasize the transverse plane? How important is it to do so? What are some no equipment transverse plane exercises?
Can we just buy the whole thing so you can start a simple tool business?
Hey Matt. When doing bar hangs for therapy for your shoulder, is it better to do passive hangs rather than hangs with your shoulder packed? Would having my shoulder packed be less pain for my elbow since I have some tendonitis I am recovering from? Would I get the same benefits with my shoulder packed as doing passive hangs? Thank you for the great content
You're an absolute legend sir. Thank you Matt!
