Thanks for this great video at first. You have shown some really important diy plumbing tools in this video
i suggest using a wrench with no teeth to tighten chrome stops. using a set of water pump pliers (channel locks) mars the surface lessening the quality of your workmanship. if you want a chrome stop solution that wont mar the surface, ridgid makes a wrench called the one stop wrench, but any smooth jawed adjustable wrench will do the job. – a plumber

I'd recommend against heating galvanized pipe, it gives off some nasty fumes.

My number 1 tool is a basin wrench. Super handy.
if you heat gavlanised pipe dosnt it give off some kind of zinc fumes I forget the name of it
