This exactly what I was looking for. I built 2ea 12 x 16 shops on concrete slabs. The next will be same size, however I wanted 10' walls so i could build a loft. However, I wasn't sure what it would like. This definitely gave me a great visual. Now I can proceed with my project. Thank you.

Lovely video content! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you considered – Mahorrla Wooden Paradise Method (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off product for building better sheds and woodworking without the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 at last got astronomical success with it.

Andrew Evans says:

A firm, level base should be the starting point for any shed or garden building. Without this, the structure is likely to be assembled improperly.

I've written some tips on how to build a Shed Base here:

Very stupid question: how to affix the wooden frame to the cement floor?

Sanja Sanjic says:

There are many components to creating an amazing design. One plan I found that successfully combines these is the Adota Blueprint Pack (check it out on google) definately the no.1 course that I have ever seen. look at this incredible resource.

Smitty Fan says:

Awesome video. Quick question. I noticed you using router for window and door cutout. Ve tried this method but my bits burn up after no time at all. Any ideas why and what exactly are you using?
Best regards.
