Iā€™m sure the answer is yes, but would it be fine to use 2X2s for the legs instead of 4x4s?

Whitewash: Yuck!

Stain: Two thumbs up!

Love your videos, question: why do you call your channel "Rehab Life"?

Mike Haywood says:

Is that Dog half squirrel stashing those treats for the winter because that dog has got to chew more. Sweet table though

Mike Daugherty says:

I like the whitewash effect. Very cool. Good job.

PRN 123D says:

Excellent !
Simple tools, materials and techniques. And still with great result.

Thanks for sharing.

Brandon Bridges says:

Built this like a year ago. A tip that I might add to anyone watching this. Put glue between the cracks of the table top. They didn't do it in this video, but once winter comes and it contracts you'll have some extremely noticeable cracks down the edges of the top.

I just made this for my girlfriend for her birthday. She will get it today. Was super excited to make it. And was excited to see if I could do it for the same price. Sadly I'm in california so that didn't happen haha. I went to home depot. I got all the supplies (a small brush for the stain, a darker stain, nails, screws, wood glue, and sanding block) for $33.18. And the wood was $57.44. Overall it came out to ~$90. Still a decently priced project. Thank you for the detailed video! Was really simple!

Hannah Hannah says:

By far most simple and easy video on YouTube , keep up the great work šŸ‘

Jessica Tuck says:

Just built this table! Great video tutorial, however, this is not a $30 table. For all the supplies and wood it cost me $80. Well worth the money though. It turned out to be a great, sturdy table.
