NO! before you put body filler always use a rust converter which will etch the metal and convert any rust into a sealer. then apply the body filler. shape and sand. spray a light color then dark color primer and sand to smooth using finer and finer grit. then primer sealer. paint then top coat.

I love watching all yours vidios. but this does not stop the rust it only covers it up. Sorry but the only way to stop rust is to cut it out and weld in a new panel. And if you don't have a welder, lol stop watching YouTube and go make some good Friends that have a welder, and they would help you out lol 😆😆😆

pro tip, dont do this if your cars going to be sprayed by a professional. catalyzed paint wont stick to rattle can paint. and they will have to remove all your work including your 1k glazing putty.
