Retropie Raspberry Pi Arcade Project: Part 6 – Finished!!! (Button Wiring/Power Supply/etc.)

… finally finished with this project (with the exception that I am waiting for a shorter HDMI cable to arrive from china). In this video I show off the wiring for the new power supply as well as all of the buttons and joystick working. I’m sure I will upgrade some parts and features in the future but for now I can call it done. It’s been quite a long and winding road since I started this project but now … time to get some retro gaming in!!!

Hobo Fire says:

How cool! Oddly enough, I think one of my favorite parts is the 25 cent button. That's a nice little touch to make it look more authentic and retro (and awesome).

Plasnes says:

You deserve more subs.

Nemecys says:

Amazing work!

can you elaborate more on the power setup/solution

how have you powered all those devices? (LCD, RPI3, Amp, Arduino, LEDS )
whats the voltage & amp output of that PSU?
Does it power everything?
What RGB leds did you put in the buttons?

A list of parts would be amazing if you have any,
i want a smart power solution, like you and controllable RGB LEDs
