Meh! Thumbs down the video because of the vortex generators. I like the lens, and know you will figure out the best scenarios to use it.
Why add VGs if you removed the rear wing if you want as much downforce as possible?

Also the minimum focus distance may be a bit different than you are used too which could cause the AF problem.
Looks like you a 1.4? Dont be afraid to stop it down a bit to like f/2.0/2.8 it will still have some buttery bokeh.
