I could see that the black paint was garage floor paint. Out of interest what was the white paint used?

Always nice to have a clean tidy blank slate to start with. I think I would have left the red brick the way it was for some contrast but then again it isnt my shop. Good idea on sealing up the blocks though I will use that sometime I am sure I have painted them before and it was a pain even with a primer the PVA you used seemed to do a much better job.

So much better to do this before you moved in. Moving all the bikes and equipment round to paint would of taken much longer. Its cool to watch the transformation from garage to Del boy world headquarters! 😉
