GREAT 👍 JOB guys!!! The property looks much better. I know you said that you don’t want to put on shutters, but for a mere $10.00 per shutter at Lowe’s or Home Depot, your mobil home, garage and barn would REALLY LOOK 👀 AMAZING with white shutters and would truly add CURB APPEAL to the property and significantly increase the likelihood that someone would want to buy the property. Another cheap trick in getting ready to STAGE a property for sale is to add some cheap flowers 💐 and plants in and around the front of your home to make it look more homey. Lastly, either paint those stairs leading into your home or I would suggest build a proper set of stairs with a small landing and railings so as to make that entrance not look so cheap or rickety. Nice job. So true on the two factors…intimidation and overwhelmed. I have been struggling with getting our basement build going. I’ve done a lot of staring at the basement and then I work on something else.
