First thing first, let’s all wish the New Orleans Saints into a clean Super Bowl victory! Hahahaha. I am looking forward to this play off weekend. Ok, this DIY video was inspired by one of my workouts. About a week ago, I was in the gym and I wanted to perform the T Bar Row and there wasn’t a machine that would allow me to perform the exercise, so I did what I know how to do best, and that was to make it happen, the best way that I can. The T Bar Row is an awesome exercise to add thickness to your back. I’m definitely looking forward to making some of those gains!
