Avocado says:

cangrats , looks awesome !!!

Vadim Chetinin says:

Nice platform! Do you by any chance know what Eleiko uses for their rubber mats?? If you notice the ATG and Hookgrip videos in the training halls the bar sounds so nice when it lands. I have an Eleiko and and I want to make a platform that will give it that soft sound when it hits the ground.

Nicholas Brassard says:

It's Nick brassard

Nicholas Brassard says:

I love that garage. I want that

Julian Andazola says:

Sweet set up! Congrats on your house.

Vwr 4me says:

It appears in your video of building your weightlifting platform that you didn't screw any plywood or mats together. Is this so? If so, is the platform completely stable for ALL of your exercises? It all looks great!

Weak Endz Barbell Club says:

Dope! Trying this out for my garage gym 👍🏽

Goldstein says:

I want to do something similar but I will have to keep it on my side of the garage wife will not let her car out in the sun.

Ignacio Garcia Prieto says:

Hi Leo, just awesome.
Did you bolt the rack to the floor or just to the wood platform?
thnx-

TeenageShutdown01 says:

Nice rack. You must be a god damn millionaire!

Daniel Kimbrough says:

this is perfect! this is whay I was looking for. thanks for uploading this! I've been planning on making one just like this. you have me plenty of ideas. thanks!

Other Barry says:

Hey, nice platform, I made one as well. If I may ask: have you had any issues with the wood being direct on the concrete? I'd wondered if repeated heavy loads dropped from overhead would merit additional rubber sheets below the platform. Thanks in advance.

MrNormallan says:

I doubled up the bottom layer for more ridgidity and less warping of the wood, makes it heavy as fuck so make sure u put something under it to lift off the ground

Jamie English says:

I may need some education on this, so my apologies on my lack of knowledge. Is this really needed if you are able to equip your garage with some decent flooring?

dill papa says:

Should shim platform underneath to level, so its not downhill, that's what I did using sheets of cardboard and it worked perfectly. In my garage the bar with weights would roll downhill from sitting 100% standstill after letting go, after I shimmed; it is was leveled perfectly and the bar stopped rolling away.

Colin Benson says:

Arranged well!

sevendust42 says:

Nice looking set-up…i used the same stall mats…what did you use to cut them…i used a box cutter but had to go thru like 8 blades….

TheNunakun says:

Lovely mate! I dream of building my own Olympic Weightlifting gym when I get back to the States.

syn lippold says:

awesome!!!! love this thanx gonna build mine!!!!

David Bell says:

See, this is another video where you nailed it. You are showing the process from start to finish. Very informative for people who may want to use this process for their home gym.

ferna2294 says:

I would love to have something half as good in my garage, but, where the fuck do you park your car?

thewhitebrazilian says:

the music ruins the video it was so unnecessary

Ryan Carag says:

Did you anchor the platform to the floor or just bolt the rack to the platform with no additional anchoring? Building out garage now with an R3 rack as centerpiece, and your videos have been very helpful. Thank you!

Biopace Man says:

Cool truck man!

Steven Duckett says:

the platform doesnt slide at all. or did you do something to keep the 2 pieces of wood together?

Live It Holistic Nutrition says:

It's almost therapeutic seeing the platform come together. Good job man.

Emp6ft10in says:

Just curious. Isn't that horse matt really sturdy? What is the need to cut the center out?

Michael East says:

Thank you! I have been searching all over to find out what to do about the gentle slope in my garage. Think mine is a little more aggressive, about 1/2" for every 3.5-4ft. As far as squatting, do you just face towards the garage door? (I have oly shoes) Or do you not really notice the slight elevation change? *same question for benching I guess, because wouldn't your power rack be on a slight slope?

J Henry says:

+Leo Pando Hi, very cool. Quick question : I live upstairs with a wooden floor and I dont want to disturb ppl downstairs. I am 240 lbs & want to do a cardio workout(jumping jacks, skipping, standing sprints etc) in my room. What materials would you recommend I buy to do my dvd cardio workout without disturbing ppl downstairs? thx
