Tyres, Decals(stickers), and spark plugs are not really modifications. Tyres and spark plugs are consumable items and may even be an enhancement, especially tyres as the OE tyres are seldom as good as replacements, even though they maybe the same make and model as stock tyres are usually more cheaply made and though they may last longer than a replacement tyre of the same type you lose a lot of grip as a result due to the harder compounds used.
Tyres will only affect warranties if you fit an off-road tyre to a machine that is clearly not designed for the purpose of off-road riding or tyres that are marked for "race use only" in which case they will have no tread and are therefore illegal for road use.
Iridium Spark plugs are not really much of a performance item and won't give your bullet 350 racetrack performance. They may improve performance marginally and give better combustion and improve fuel economy, but not by very much. They may even damage your engine if you don't fit a compatible heat range plug just because it's an Iridium replacement! They do last a long time though!
As for Decals, how are these modifications? these won't affect performance in any way unless you put them in a position that interferes with, say, the air intake or over the headlight (which is probably very illegal!).
So other than the points I mention, none of these should affect any warranty or insurance claim.
