It was a nice video though. Other people making small or big projects also run into problems and then wonder if they were wrong to begin with. This video reminds me that I'm not alone after all.

Krazy K says:

why in God's name are you swinging a pick axe in flip flops? or even working at all in them?

David Jones says:

Like you said, you learnt a lot from it, working and nearly completed my first shed and i see things that annoy me, things i should have done differently but will next time, it all a learning curve and you turned junk into something you can use, well done and remember to be easier on yourself.

Brett Maxfield says:

Tack some angle stripping on the shed corners, or paint the corners to make them waterproof. Over time the water will seep into the exposed ends, and it wont age well. Maybe do a bit more of silicone / exterior paint for waterproofing, if you can find some reasonably priced. Don't beat yourself up about it. Sh*t happens.

Cool vid👌👌🏻

Chris Bagwell says:

Water.. Fix your roof and creat a drip edge or all that work will turn to rot. Easy fix, but needed. Is there a slope?

Karen Wiltshire says:

The right tool for the right job, and at 5:49 a wood chisel should have been used.

artbyrobot says:

Seeing it as a fail is a bad idea. I'd look at it as a 30% completed project and continue work on it in small pieces over time. The wood needs to be painted with stain and sealer to avoid sun and rain damage. It should get vinyl siding… It should have a plywood floor put in. It needs a door, it needs roof overlap, etc. Anyone could call a project a fail if they call it done too early… Just take a break and come back to it I know you can do it!

Jackson Black says:

4 days! Whether you failed or not is a matter of perspective, but whatever the case, you didn't waste time!
If your worried about the roof, you can always get a larger piece, and cut it to size. Hardly a show stopper

Gabriel Guelfi says:

I fuckin' enjoy your channel soundtrack

Tanner Lilley says:

I feel your pain…but amplified much worse because I forgot to put a space for a door in…
