Sunroom installed on an existing deck. We wanted an area free of bugs and rain and would allow us to enjoy our deck most of the year. Sunroom was installed and purchased through Central Mass Sunrooms (http://www.centralmasssunrooms.com/) which distributes a Sunroom product from Seaway Manufacturing (http://www.seawaymfg.com/, Better View 3-Season).
Were there any considerations you have to look out for when building on top of the existing deck foundation? Did it have to be reinforced or modified in any way?
Thanks for sharing
I have a room just like this and we have laminate flooring to install, replacing the carpet. do you have any tips for doing such a thing? it is not part of the hvac system but when we open the doors the air/heat can flow in. I know there can be issues with moisture, so just wanted to ask about your experience and maybe some "don't do this" things. Thanks
