I’m installing a home alarm system. But I did not want to pay a monthly fee. This will push updates to my phone and let me remotely control it. It had key chain fobs as well. I will give a update in a month or so.

I prefer hard wire systems, more work, but less to deal with later such as battery replacement.

If I could offer advice, you do not need a sensor for each window, just every door. Use motions and glass breaks instead of arming every window. Glass breaks can protect numerous winows and numerous rooms. Hope this saves you $ and time.
