lol that's legit
Great detailed video!! Thanks for sharing!!
damn! this will be my goal on holidays, I have to do this in my room
i would have another flange on the hooks so the weight against the upright is pressing against it with more spread out pressure ,less chance of wood splintering
Buff Dad rules!
so did you actually use 7 4×4's instead of 8
You could also just drill the holes you need for your size if your the only one using it
Wow! Nice job, you just motivated me to build one too 😁
you should make a video on building a barbell and removable plates, that would be awesome
i fucks with this channel so hard
hi buff dudes
I have a question regarding the safety bars. what kind of.pipes are they because not sure if aluminium pipes could withheld that much weight. or is it steel pipes?
thank you appreciate ur help

Hi, I've only found 70mmX70mm (2,75 inches), is it ok? Should I drill smaller holes or not ?
Bad ass tutorial!
Hi, can someone tell me the length of the pieces of wood? im from brazil my english is not so good thankss
Buff Dad. lol.
Where did you get the 4x4s? I can't find anything that nice. Only green treated or rough cut cedar?
I "built" a 25lbs dumbbell by taping a 10 and 15 together
I've just made it. If you want you can learn on WoodPrix website how to make it.Best solutions I think.
man that wood is eventually gonna be damaged by the amount of weight u r slamming on it, IF U READ DONT DO IT, THIS IS DANGEROUS!!!
what's the weight capacity on this rack. thinking about building one. or how much weight have you guys had on it. back squat for instance
I have access to an insane amount of 2x4s. Could i put two or three 2x4s together instead of using 4x4s and still have an effective power rack?
I built this a few months ago and my 4 posts are cracking with the crack right down the center of each drilled hole and connecting from top to bottom.
I can see both of you in youre dad lmao
If the cross members on the top were resting on the tops of the uprights instead of being positioned between, would that not be far stronger?
Definitely thought that was Brandon at first in his home improvement costume. great job buff dad!
