Cove is a newer security company, founded less than a year ago in Spring 2018. They offer professional monitoring at an affordable cost, flexible contracts, and cellular data. You can even choose to pay for your system up front for lower monthly fees, or pay later for $10 more a month. If you keep your system for three years, however, you’ll never have to pay for the equipment.
The Cove system I bought includes a Cove Touch Alarm Panel, a door sensor, a motion sensor, and a key remote. A major drawback of Cove is that they do not manufacture their own security cameras, so you will have to buy a camera from a third-party and livestream it from a separate app. I used the YI indoor camera, which has great video, audio, and night vision.
Surprisingly, Cove requires that you do professional monitoring with all of their systems, a bit surprising considering how new the company is. While I’m a bit disappointed at the lack of monitoring options, I’m glad to see that Cove has a 4.9 star rating on Google, with 96% of the reviews at five stars.

im confused. for the basic plan: if someone break in, will i be informed?
Customer support must be great except on weekends. I just bought the system and had an issue with my motion sensors during testing. I called they said they would have someone get back to me the next business day. I honestly thought i was getting 24/7 service which it is not.
