1. Bring colors and patterns into your room by wrapping fabric by the yard over canvas stretchers. It’s a quick and easy project and because IKEA has so many unique fabric options to choose from, it’s easy to find one that works perfectly for your space.

2. Personalize cushions with homemade tassels! Simply wrap a bit of extra yarn around your hand or a box lid. Gather it in the middle with your fingers and tie off the top. Snip the ends and sew it to a corner of the cushion for an easy way to create a chic look on a dime!

3. Because it’s solid wood, the TARVA chest can be customized in many ways. Use leftover paint to customize it with a fun pattern. After applying a base coat to the dresser, the IKEA Home Tour Squad applied painters tape and painted additional layers to create a cool Union Jack pattern.
