Could use a little of your winter here. It was 36c here in Ontario today.

farmboy30117 says:

Looks great!  As long as it don't have big leaks around the edges, it should help out.

John says:

I am very surprised that your Temps get that low there.

zoidberg444 says:

Making junior earn his keep there. haha

Would -4 in the morning be an unusually cold temperature for NZ in the winter? I've never been, but I've heard people say that the climate in NZ is kind of like a slightly warmer and wetter than the UK.

I need to figure something out for heating my garage as its external to the house and it really does get pretty chilly out in Shropshire in the winter.

John says:

Babies get you in nesting mode. So what's with the 2 fords outside, have you gotten rid of the VW ?

Helga's Pennsylvania Cooking says:

Doohickey……I love the technical terminology, LOL! Good job and your slave labor is adorable. What a good baby Charlie is! Love the Moo romper! I don't think I realized it got that chilly there, either. ALthough, I'd take that over the – 15F we had last winter….

RICKAFIX says:

nice work badger…next purchase a solar heater or electric ones have come down in price they used to cost 900 but now 200 and very efficient…

Thomas EXOVCDS says:

Nice & clean looking…. I see additional uses here. White boards of knowledge and or large sticker board! Loved the tool pick-up with the toes!

wyattoneable says:

That's one happy kid! Slept thought the project and woke up smiling at the camera.

Ozzstar says:

the kid has to earn his keep haha. Insulation makes a big difference for comfort

stuzman says:

Wow Jonathan! I never realized that it got that cold over there in New Zealand. The insulation was a big help and every lit bit in raising the temp is a good thing. Charlie looked pretty pissed off at you when you installed that second panel on the bottom row. He probably wasn't happy with your installation technique LOL…Seriously, nice work and stay warm while we try to stay cool 🙂

rhkips says:

I've been meaning to do this myself! Middle of an uncomfortably hot summer here; the garage door acts like a giant radiator! A 7C difference is pretty substantial, I must say!

I'm amazed your little angel there slept through the sound of manipulating styrofoam… LOL

Thomas EXOVCDS says:

Gonna watch & comment as soon as I get back home… need to do some shopping first, sorry.

1Wild CamaroSS says:

Great idea brother it will help a lot 👍🏻 but be very careful with that insulation if it was to catch fire the fumes will could kill you !!!! That's why in Canada we can not leave it exposed and we must use drywall over ever last inch of it . Cheers 🍺 🍺

STEVE ROB says:

Well done Badger , poor Charlie fell asleep watching you. It does get cold there, great idea.
