well from what i can see the concrete shoulda been poured awhile back shoot most folks around my area could have that garage up and assembled the right way in nearly a weeks time its simple logic pour concrete then frame out the building and finishing work but then again i do believe you said its being built by students so the delay is understandle good luck

Why exactly is the nose off the Cadillac? I understand it hit a deer, but are there broken pieces somewhere that it needs?
Those cars remain common here in the junkyards so I can find whatever it might need.

alot of plumbers are moving towards plastic, PVC i think its the type
i still prefer copper for its strengh

My Dad also thought the plastic pipe was odd, he was a plumber for like 25 years, used to copper mainly.
This whole garage thing is really going up fast, especially for something you thought wouldn't ever happen!!
