how is floor after water & oil leak from car? does water or oil leak from tile ? do you need to remove tile and clean it ? I have 6 year old home and I am looking to apply epoxy in my garage but what do you suggest ? I like the pattern you design .
what about white color ? with time do you think it look dirty after park your car in garage ?
I've been watching videos of allot of garages just trying to see what it looks like in different garages and different patterns. I've seen a video about cleaning your tiles and one video about using a buffer on it. I'm wondering have you had any issues with the white tiles getting stained and not being able to be cleaned.

Why didn't you go wall to wall? Still could I guess. Looking into and all Racedeck Free-Flow tile floor setup myself, but want to put either a landscape fabric or rubber underlayment to help with tile noise and floor defect cover up.
