I build this jeep kitchen to make cooking on the trail easier and self contained. It was a great project and there is still more to do but it is close enough to get the idea. I looked hard on line and there was little about an expedition Kitchen for a jeep so I will post more once it is finished.

Very nice! Here is a tip for you, take that tow ball hitch off when not using it, Those can turn a full grow man into a two year old child crying his eyes out when you hit your shin against it.. been there done that..
I have always been very skeptical about naked flames near the vehicle, specially if it was a petrol vehicle. I would try to be quite far from fuel filling point. Maybe its just me.
