These chairs have that rugged and at the same time modern look a single man needs for his house!๐Ÿ‘ I will start making mine tomorrow!

Peter Carnegie says:

Great project. I'm subbed. Just a heads up- that Helmsman Eurothane will let you down. I used the brush on version on my mailboxes and it starts to peel and/or completely fades in less than 2 years. But that's outdoors 24/7 365 on the east coast so maybe not apples to apples.

Awesome job ๐Ÿ™‚ do you suggest to burn the wood before putting together the project or after? I was thinking before , but I could be wrong

Travis In Canada says:

No whiskey outro? Dude thats your thing!
Nice job, I like these.
I would suggest you fill those pocket holes if any are facing up so no rain gets in there

Jeremy Fishbeck says:

Brother, advice on applying the stain. Dip the corner of your rag and go to town. That brush is killing you. It's so much easier to wipe on wipe off (danielson)

Adam Sparrow says:

Wow, I like that! Would you consider trying an experiment? On a scrap piece of wood, put a couple of different stains along it, then cover half those stains with the sun bleach stain, To see if there's any blending or fading or whatever may come?

777cjm777 says:

Good stuff. I'm making a few next weekend, you gave a great starting point!

Bjorn Ironside says:

You should try making a viking stargazer chair next, a fairly simple build thats fun to make and easy to store, i made a set for the family to use on camping trips heres a link to some easy plans

utseay says:
