please add 2×4 full length of pool inside the gap connecting all pallets together at least 3 rows (top middle and bottom )then cable the outside at those 3 locations
Assuming those are standard 40×48 pallets, and you fill it 36" deep, you're gonna be looking at roughly 3740 gallons and a weight of just under 30,000lbs.
