Dude you inspired me to do what I want to my van. I've always been a van dude. First was a safari, now I have a savanna 1/2 ton v8 5.7 2002. I've always seen people with nice lifted vans but the back was gutted out. I bought the paint yesterday. When you painted your whole van did you sand off the shiny coat ? Mines black with a top coat. You rock man!

U would have to drill a pilot hole and cut slow. If ur cutting bracing u would need to find a long blade

It'll be fine. As you drive or while the fan is cooling off your engine hot air will vent out of the louvers.
No problem man, maybe one day my channel will catch on and bring more buyers your way. I'm thinking of getting 2 more for the sides of the hood.
