
This ’71 Dodge Challenger was purchased on eBay for what was considered a steal of a deal, in hind sight that should have been a hint that there were issues hiding. Upon disassembly it was apparent why the deal was so good – the cracked K-frame and smashed collectors on the headers were a good indication that the Challenger had suffered some collision damage, the Challenger had been hit hard on the passenger side at the A-pillar. After sandblasting, the picture got even grimmer as thick layers of body filler gave way to rust and more damage…

Amazing metal work! The mock diffuser and oversized and misplaced chin spoilers are way out of place. When will we get over black wheels? 3 too many oddities on a classic design.
