Building easy DIY overhead garage storage rack.
After installing the first one at 48″ deep, I realized that was deeper than I wanted, so I made the second one at 36″. It was also a lot easier to get the sheet up there with 36″ depth.

This was built with a few 2x4s (or 2x2s) and two sheets of plywood.

Now where can I print the step by step directions. This was awesome to watch but if definitely screw this up without a guide ha.
All that PPE but no safety glasses.
Nicely done. But, what's with the mask?
Is that 4 by 8?
With the placement of board against fwd portion of garage wall, have you made sure when you have to change the garage springs that you have enough room to tighten them? I'm doing my shelves 12" – 15" back from fwd wall so I can extend longer back if needed and have plenty of room
0:02 I would never handle my wood that rough.
I appreciate the video. I am in the process of doing the same thing but can you please tell us what is the thickness of your plywood? Thank you!
how much weight can these handle??
Great idea, i'm definitely doing this
Dude, I'm watching this in 1080 and the video quality is insane!!!! 10/10 for video!!!
oh and whats the weight capacity for something you did?
The money would have been better spent on paint to finish painting your garage.
great video (and edits/tunes). never thought about front wall above doors.
The hair! 😮 I dig the storage solution. That will be great to use.
