What tips do you have for people looking to build a home gym on a budget?
Their is guys who build shit at home and their is guys who take that time for reps who do u want to be. 🤨
When u spend more time shopping fixing and blogging then working out. I want to see gains not marketing
Nah bud without a doubt the question you get asked the most is what the fuck is wrong with your hairline buddy
😂😂😂😂
Give me a pull up bar ,and a dip bar ,and I get a good work out.
When I get my own house I want to build my own home gym. I love going to the gym but sometimes it's hard to get to the gym because of the time of day and work schedule, etc. Plus building it, exactly how I want it seems pretty cool
The company I work for is quite generous with annual bonuses, but they're only paid in Amazon gift cards! This year I'm due for a real nice amount, so do you have any recommendations for building a home gym strictly from what's on Amazon? Looks like they don't have Rogue, but I'd be worried about buying something that's just unsafe junk. Any brands on Amazon to avoid in general? Would like a full squat rack, adjustable bench, bar, weights, storage (either on the rack or separate), floor mats, pull-up bar to start. Thanks!
Snagged a half rack w/ lat pulldown for $180 and spent another $230 on 400lbs of weight, 2 barbells, weight tree, 2 benches w/ attachments and three different sets of adjustable dumbbells. I spent an ungodly amount of time on Facebook Marketplace and searching by posted time. Both weight purchases were made withing 5 minutes of each posting of the weights.
What is up with the dude being crushed in the background, lol, pretty funny!
