I highly suggest getting rid of all your cardio machines I.E. treadmills and ellipticals. You can get all you're cardio with body exercises such as tae bo with billy blanks HIIT workouts or you can use nature trails, mountain hiking etc. you're wasting a lot of money on machines that you could be using to buy extra weights and barbells and outdoor equipment.

Even if you can only do it on the weekends, you should always try to find time for outdoor exercise. You could even just go for a jog around your neighborhood. Take a "weight vest" with you to increase the intensity of your cardio session. You don't need treadmills and elliptical machines, stair climbers? ha, just find some stairs run up and down on them. Exercise machines are a waste of money and precious space. If you have kids, your child's school may even let you use the track after hours and you can motivate your kid to join you in your fitness routine.

SORRY , But BS, Too much Cardio equipment, and not enough weights. ..Bench,Barbell, Squat stands, plates, dumbells, and maybe a mat for burpees.. Kettlebells are overrated and overpriced, dumbells are superior to kettlebells.. Treadmill – I won't even take for free.

japhygato says:

Are you serious? How about just discussing exercises you can do w/o weights, machines, or any of that bullshit. If you want viewers you're going to have to be realistic and acknowledge your audience. Dumb ass.

Juan M says:

You guys just listed $3k worth of equipment.

Blabsl says:
