Over the past 6 years, we’ve been building better humans behind the scenes. Where now, our athletes have completed over 1,000,000 training sessions.
We see guys talking about podcast downloads and YouTube views. They’re not serious…that’s Mickey Mouse Stuff. We put in the work FIRST…now we are sharing what we have learned.

FYI ( quick tip) They say that the rower handle should be off handle stower, to prolong the rower bungee cord. I only put it on stower when I’m doing a workout. Great set up.
Nice setup 👍🏽 great space for all your equipment 💪🏽
You have to do more video like these. Loved seeing the setup. Maybe explain why you placed the equipment where u did. Like to see behind the curtain at EO3.
Two questions:
1. Cardio equipment, rower or air-dyne?
2. Reverse hyper – is it worth it? I’ve been thinking of buying one
Sweet setup! I love my basement gym!! Mine is also unfinished, but it's such a nice, cool place to get after it, especially in the summer months.
Welcome to the East Coast Jerred. Georgia here!
The only thing I can say about having a basement gym, is crawling up the stairs when I am done. I seriously consider my sanity and reasoning why I put the gym in the basement when I built the house. lol
Nice set up. That's good your basement has a high enough ceiling to fit the yoke. Some basements have low ceilings.
