Top Cheap Mods for your Motorcycle

Mods start at 2:20
(FF)* Back to a motorcycle related information video. Its aimed at the riders new to 2 wheels and don’t have lobster for dinner every night. The more experienced of you will no doubt have your own opinions and you are welcome to contribute via the comments tab.
Naturally, this is prefaced with 2 minutes of me moaning about the weather for those of you who enjoy sharing my misery.

The total cost of these mods is around £160.

*FAMILY FRIENDLY (FF) – will mean from now on, if it has this at the start, it contains NO swearing. Don’t worry, for those of you who enjoy bad language, there will be Family Unfriendly (FU) videos to peruse in future at your leisure.

Front sprockets don't have a cush drive, it's a rubber glued on each side to dampen chain noise.

Mr Honda says:

Hahahahaha, bring back the cat-fart intro!!

Tim Mason says:

My best mod was, when I crashed(broke my leg) when my Bike(K5) went to the shop, I asked for a scorpion end can, they put a PCIII on it and I asked for better fuelling nothing else, the bonus was 161whp and 59 mpg.

Adam Kotch says:

"Don't be such a fat %#€£¥." Lol!

Branislav Matic says:

fucking 3:30 need you to start about point

P Skymong says:

You mentioned at the end of your vid that you'd recommend newbies doing a track day to gain experience. Is there any you can recommend in the London areas that will also hire the bikes?

Thanks

PTE 2509 says:

when I lost 2 stone or 28lbs over the winter my bike felt like a rocket in the spring and that was free

Minion Ninja16 says:

Handy video BVG, one of first mods planned is an aftermarket decat exhaust as current pipe is definately in the heavyweight category and does not pack any punch.

Yann Depierre says:

Thumb up just for the time tag in the description Baron. 🙂 Thanks!

Eduardo Prieto says:

get rain x or rain coat for the visor and get some gore-tex gear from boots to gloves it awesome !!!!

Bryan Wickizer says:

So glad you mentioned changing the gearing. I think this is a very underrated "upgrade" that really improves performance and bike feel. I had to get new sprockets anyways and figured I would lower the gearing (+2 in the rear) and the bike feels so much better. Bike still runs great on the highway, but just has more power/torque down low where I want it. Who needs to do 180mph….not me.

Michael Herron says:

Haven't had a bike in a few years but out of nowhere I'm feeling the urge again. I'm thinking track toy as I've never ticked that box. Living in Ireland, I've zero interest in riding about in the rain. Despite investing in top of the range gortex gear when I had a bike I still ended up with wet balls. I'm too old for that shit

Riley Aboudail says:

"Don't be such a fat **" lmao 😂

Markus Rubach says:

saving weight by removing footpegs? Sounds a bit wierd, idk

6Twisted says:

Riding in the rain at night terrifies me. You literally can not see with the glint from all the lights. I don't think car drivers appreciate all the extra troubles we riders have. I ran a red once because I just couldn't see it. Wouldn't not recommend.
