WHy doesnt this video work anymore? I tried it on a bunch of different browsers and my phone says "The video is not available on your device".

Jacob Monnin says:

But do you know how to use a hose stretcher?? That's the real question.

Lucio Vids says:

Fantastic video. Thanks

Genma Saotome says:

Nice and comprehensive… I guess there is no patching or taping it.

Bravo Luca says:

Best thing to do is spend the money and purchase the best hoses you can buy. Yet sometimes things will happen and you have to make repairs on them. I’ve made every repair you showed on your videos. A little tip, rap some duct tape around the hose clamp so you don’t cut your hand. Great video bud. Keep up the good work.

tazman4855 says:

Just crazy glue and duct tape does it for me.

the DOS says:

Another good repair option is using silicone fusing tape. Should be about 7 bucks for 10ft. The beauty with silicone tape is that it won't scratch your car if your repair portion of the hose hits the car paint.

Rocket Rider says:

4:46. I even use thread tape on the faucet to prevent a leak.

Sherri Morana says:

Wow so practical thanks for the awesome tips πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ€—

2:55 if you don't like the hose clamp sticking out that may get in the way there's this tool that uses wire to make clamps: https://youtu.be/of9p70H7gdg
It is pretty strong I would even go as far as to say stronger than those clamps because I repaired a pressure washer hose with one. The tool is expensive for what it is (speciality tool) but if you are handy and have a welder you can probably DIY one.

The principle to make wire clamps that way is not new here is a tool that serves the same purpose from 1959: https://youtu.be/4hDdVB57L0A
Good info BTW, not all hoses are made equal. Some cheap ones degrade and develope holes just being left out under the sunπŸ˜…

Jump_Start says:

πŸ€” thanks for making this video I think you could repair it that easy

Just Mavi says:

I had forgotten I subscribed to this channel back after the plumbing tips video. Great explanation, the screwdriver tip is interesting too.

ScubaCat3 says:

"all the pressure is at the tip"… Exactly what my wife says. 😁 Really, though, great video as always! You never know who might need this advice. I bet this one does really well. πŸ‘

michael lowe says:

It will fix it, BUT WILL NOT LAST IF USED AT GREAT FREQUENCY.
