DIY Shed Build – Part Five

DIY Shed Build – Part Five

Build a shed.

Well, it’s taken me longer than I would have liked to get to this stage, but I’ve taken a week off work and I’ve managed to get the roof on the shed. Here’s the foil insulation on before the Colorbond roofing goes on.

I managed to get the roof on (all on my own, too!) the shed. Here’s a progress photo, just one more row of Colorbond to go.

Remember, never screw roof sheeting down without using a stringline! If I’d remembered that, I’d have less holes in the roof and all the screws would be screwed into battens. 🙁

Good job done, and an inexpensive way to build a shed I should think. Recycling really has its uses… about how much did it cost overall? I cannot find the video for the walls, did you get to finish it?…anyway I enjoyed watching your videos

Nice one Sambo. I like the soft blue colour bond sheeting. What are you making the walls out of again? Colour bond? Timber? Almost there mate. Good one! David
