Byntlee Maplesden says:

Just went and looked at my set and I have almost the exact set. Just the next sizes down 1/4 to 1/2 and thank u for doing the video and on my directions it says to go straight down and not back and forth

TheRapand says:

All your tooling is worth viewing! More, please!
When it comes to your ranting and other non-tooling stuff… well … but I can skip that, can't I? 😉

Cody I am interested in anything having to do with machenery, repair and construction. As well as the rest of your very informative videos. I remember my dad working on a neighbor's gate. I must have been about 11 or 12.
Anyways my dad owned a tap and die set. I helped him make a bolt from quarter inch steel round.
you do have beautiful tools and well cared for.
Please show more videos of you working in your shops, with your tools.
I am 68, retired and still enjoy watching Young bucks ( breaking a sweat ) working. LOL!!
God Bless You and your beautiful family.

B-Thrash says:

Awesome post. Not sure if its just me, but most if not all projects end up requiring a McQuiver-Twist, in some inevitable way or fashion. WILD that you cut 3/4" threads in that bolt, very brave but well done.

Todd Swanson says:

Thank you for showing every step of the process! Too many videos skip steps. And now I know how to use my tap-and-die set!

Lion Heart says:

The metal work and tooling is just as fascinating to me as is the woodworking and tree house construction itself. I find it very interesting when craftsmen not only fabricate the parts and pieces they need but also create the tools themselves. Great series, please keep up the wonderful work.

Tricia Copas says:

Hi I am building a tree house and will probably not go as far with welding and metal work as you do with my project. Never the less I love watching your work today and learning how to use a tap and dye set. PLEASE always show every step. I love learning about these things

best
