How to Make a Wooden iPhone Amplifier. Cool Pallet Wood Project!

How to make a wooden iphone amplifier from pallet wood. This pallet wood project is a really cool pallet project as you can make it from one pallet board, it’s super easy to make and it’s virtually free. The extra sound that comes out ois quite surprising. Having said that, don’t expect it to sound like a fully fledged designated speaker or you’ll be disappointed.
If there was one improvement I’d make, that would be to run the router through the full thickness of the second board so that the sound bounces immediately off the back of the speaker. Watch the video and you’ll see what l mean. By doing that l think you will get a bit more volume.

One length of pallet wood.
Paint of your choosing.
Wood glue.

Tools:
Router.
Straight router bit.

Dropsaw, or handsaw.
Hole saw. Size depending on how big you want your speaker. I used an 89mm hole saw.
Jigsaw if you don’t have a hole saw.
Drill.
Clamps.

Time to Complete.
One Weekend.

Skill level.
You need to be confident enough to be able to use a router which is fairly simple to use. Just do some practicing on some practice wood first.

MERRY XMAS!

Cheers, Uncle Knackers.

”pepe amazing plan” (Google it) is a wonderful book about woodworking. I took various classes and completed a one year diploma in carpentry at a local tech college; this is much better than any book I worked out of during those classes. It includes helpful images and goes over just about everything.
