The stupidest thing is that you spent like $900 to get a new front and rear bumper instead of building more functional and badass ones for like $200, but I guess the sleeper looks mean a lot on this nasty lil thing.

the OBD2 port damage is actually explainable. If this was a government service vehicle or a cop car, they splice in a tracking device that will monitor and record the car's inputs, as well as a few other things. The upfitters usually just cut them off, and splice into whats left, and then when they get prep'd for resale, someone just goes and rips the whole thing out, which usually means the cluster quits working, and it blows a bunch of fuses.
