Just my 2 cents but theres 2 things up with the harness. First I would probably give it a miss at these heights and with that specific scissor lift. If you actually fall you will most likely just tip the lift and it will probably land on top of you. Also there should be a fall arrestor on the static line to prevent you from damaging your back if you were to fall.
Once you are done I would clean out and put some flexible gap filler in the concrete relief cuts. This won't affect the concrete but will make cleaning up a lot easier in the future.

did this guy seriously just put on a harness for a Scissor lift? hahahaha That is not even an OSHA requirement… I am OSHA certified for Scissor and boom lifts. this was too funny

You should not be using a harness in a scissor lift. Boom type lifts – yes.
Just my feeling,…. 1) get a drill with a heavier stroke (like for instance Hilti ) you will love it! 2) drill only to the required depth ( deeper is wast of time/money).
Glad you had a positive response at the conference you just got back at! Very surprised at some of the negative comments some of your viewers bring up. Guess you cannot please everyone. With all the future building you are going to be doing, are you considering buying a scissor lift for yourself? Looking forward to your next few garage videos

Bet you could put about a dozen of so of them rails on that fine lift you got there and drive down and slip them right on, what you think?
Bet it would be alot easier with a 1/2 electric impact drill and a 3 lb. shop hammer, just saying.
