Today on Modern builds, I’m making a woodworking workbench completely out of 2×4’s! Materials (wood) for this project came in at just under $100, and the beauty of this project is that it doesn’t take a shop full of tools. I want to make a desk with 2×10, and i need 3 of them to get 30". my question is can i make this with just wood glue and clamps? or would you recommend using braces plus the glue? i want this desk to be strong and sturdy, and i don't know what to do.

Thank you so much for the handheld circular saw bit! So many videos are all about the table saw and neglect the little guy who can't afford fancy tools
I had to make my first workbench (now used as a table of sorts in my room cause I need storage a ton) and Lord is it crazy looking and was a crazy build trying to cut all of it by hand due to lack of table saw

ah here lad your having a laugh it, it might have cost under 100 bucks for the lumber but ya most have spent another 100 bucks on glue
